Returns & Refund Policy UK

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 30-day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• Unused & Unworn: The item must not show any signs of use.
• Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original, intact packaging.
• Complete: All parts, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or order number to complete your return.

1. Inspection: We will carefully check the returned item.
2. Notification: We'll email you the approval or rejection of your refund request.
3. Processing: If approved, a credit is applied to your original payment method.
4. Confirmation: Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

• An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@dcvoltage.co.uk and send your items to the return address provided below.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For items over £75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
