We want every DC Voltage purchase to satisfy your needs. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.
Our Promise
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 30-day period.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Unused & Unworn: The item must not show any signs of use.
- Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original, intact packaging.
- Complete: All parts, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or order number to complete your return.
How Refunds Work
- Inspection: We will carefully check the returned item.
- Notification: We'll email you the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Processing: If approved, a credit is applied to your original payment method.
- Confirmation: Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:
- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds?
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting can take time.
- Next, contact your bank; processing time varies.

Sale Items
Please Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@dcvoltage.co.uk and send your items to the return address provided below.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For items over £75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
