What is a G4 COB LED bulb?

A G4 COB LED bulb is a compact bi-pin LED bulb designed for fittings that use a G4 base. COB (Chip-on-Board) LED technology provides a compact light source with an even light output.

Is this G4 LED bulb dimmable?

No. This G4 COB LED bulb is non-dimmable. It should be used with a compatible non-dimmable lighting circuit and not connected to a dimmer unless the product is specifically rated for dimming.

What voltage does this G4 LED bulb use?

Check the voltage specified for the selected G4 LED bulb before installation. The available options include 12V and 220–240V versions, and the bulb voltage must match the requirements of your lighting fitting.

Is a G4 LED bulb compatible with a G4 fitting?

Yes. A G4 LED bulb is designed for fittings with a compatible G4 bi-pin socket. Before installation, check the bulb dimensions, pin configuration and required voltage to ensure compatibility.

How do you install a G4 LED bulb?

Switch off the power before installation and allow any existing bulb to cool. Remove the old bulb and insert the G4 LED bulb into the compatible socket without forcing the pins. Check that the bulb voltage matches the fitting before restoring power.

What is the lifespan of this G4 LED bulb?

The rated lifespan is up to 50,000 hours, if this specification is stated for the selected product. Actual service life can vary depending on operating conditions, installation and usage.

Is this G4 LED bulb suitable for indoor use?

This G4 LED bulb is suitable for indoor lighting applications when installed in a compatible fitting and used within the voltage and operating conditions specified for the product.
